As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing capital projects and providing engineering support for our Consumable and Machine divisions.

Your Responsibilities will include:
• Crafting solutions to enhance equipment reliability, safety, ergonomics, and compliance with EHS initiatives.
• Providing technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Developing, designing, and updating PLC, VFD, and HMI programming using leading control automation platforms.
• Maintaining and updating LabVIEW code for testing applications and equipment.
• Collaborating with various teams to support facility projects and interfacing between engineering and production.
• Applying NEC knowledge in planning industrial equipment installations.
• Estimating project costs and timelines, reviewing capital equipment quotes, and leading project phases.
• Overseeing outside engineering and construction personnel to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
• Integrating equipment into data collection systems and establishing network topologies.
• Supporting network backups and device management for control systems.
• Gathering data from connected devices and developing control systems standards.
• Identifying additional project responsibilities that align with Lincoln Electric Company's strategic goals.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering plus 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and experience with PLCs and HMIs.
• Familiarity with Rockwell and Siemens software, as well as LabVIEW.
• Knowledge of relevant technical codes.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and SQL databases.
