What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end design and development of electrical/electronic systems—from concept to fully integrated solutions
• Architect and implement RF system designs, microwave components, and complex circuit-level solutions
• Support system integration and troubleshooting for high-performance products
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, suppliers, and customers
• Create and present technical documentation, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers
• Engage in process and product improvement initiatives to elevate quality and performance
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering + 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Strong background in microwave circuit design and RF systems
• Experience with test equipment like VNAs, NF analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Passion for innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
