Responsibilities
• Support Electrical Engineers with current projects and initiatives
• Attend all meetings with Electrical Engineers and Electrical Engineering mentor
• Participate in designated projects as well as day to day aspects of electrical work at the Lancaster, PA facility
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• 3.0 GPA and above
• Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity (school club, part-time employment, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
• Prior work experience or previous internship
• Previous successful experience as an active member of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
