Qualifications
• Minimum of six years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
• Demonstrated experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to GPUs, TPUs, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry
• High level of academic achievement and prior Am Law or equivalent law firm experience
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and prosecute high-quality U.S. and international patent applications
• Manage and supervise patent portfolios for a diverse, technology-focused client base
• Mentor and oversee junior associates, providing guidance and training
• Ensure timely, strategic, and accurate patent filings aligned with client goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal and technical teams on IP strategy
