Inspect site installations of electrical systems (LV, lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV) against approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Verify installation methods and materials as per project standards and authority codes (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, DCD).
Review and comment on method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems and prepare inspection reports.
Issue NCRs or observations for non-compliant works and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.
Attend site meetings, prepare daily reports, and maintain inspection logs.
Support final handover inspections and documentation review.
