DESCRIPTION:
As the Electrical Engineer you will perform hands‑on testing, troubleshooting, and programming of IRST production hardware while leveraging our PLM tools to document and control the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related circuit‑card assemblies.
- Using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record each process step.
- Isolating and resolving production issues independently and as part of the weekend floor‑support team to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Collaborating with day‑shift engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to hand off findings and corrective actions.
- Updating work instructions, non‑conformance reports, and configuration data to maintain traceability.
- Participating in root‑cause analyses and recommending process improvements that enhance yield and reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and classified‑information requirements while working on the floor.

- Weekend Shift (THURS, FRI, SAT & SUN).
- $68.51/hr.
- Duration: 10/25/2026-10/11/2027.

- Contract Position.
- Worker will work Onsite Full Time.
MANDATORY:
