Job Identification

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant electrical systems, utilities, and power distribution networks. The role focuses on optimizing energy consumption, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. 

What We Expect

  • High Voltage Facility Responsibility, Certified Energy Facility Responsibility, and Certified Radiation Protection Executive to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and regular inspection of the plant’s electrical fire protection and detection systems, ensuring compliance with all safety standards  CCI, TCCC and legal requirements
  • Oversee the electrical workshop team and ensure technical support is provided as needed.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including power distribution panels, transformers, and switchgear.
  • Oversee and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance activities of all critical power systems, such as transformers, generators, UPS, battery systems, solar energy systems, and other electrical associated equipment, ensuring their reliable and uninterrupted operation.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of all electrical equipment across production lines, utilities and if any renewable energy system exist  to ensure maximum energy efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Monitor, record, and analyze plant energy consumption.
  • Recommend and implement energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with plant energy targets.
  • Lead or participate in electrical related projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Support installation  and commissioning of new electrical installations and equipment.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, CCI and TCCC requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to prevent electrical hazards.
  • Conduct training sessions for safe operation of electrical systems.
  • Ensure the proper design, implementation, and maintenance of the earthing system for all electrical installations.

 

Capabilities

  • University Graduate (Electrical Engineering graduates are preferable)
  • Good command of English and fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Minimum 2 years of Electrical Engineering job experience
  • Self-motivated and good motivator
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
  • Locate / willing to locate in Isparta
