People here at Apple don’t just build products – we build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!\\n\\nWe are searching for self-driven, passionate electrical engineers to provide design, test, validation, failure analysis and manufacturing support to our iPhone product. Our products are groundbreaking in every way: usability, integration, connectivity, power consumption, fabrication, reliability, manufacturing scale. The candidate will play a meaningful role in the development of Apple products, collaborating with cross-functional design teams throughout the process,"including": \\n- Product Design /Mechanical Engineering\\n- HW design, prototype bring-up and electrical validation\\n- Each module team\\n- Firmware, iOS \\n- Reliability, Operations, etc. \\nAdditionally, the candidate will work closely with Contract Manufacturer’s EE team, and take a lead role in driving those teams to achieve our design and manufacturing goals to the highest standards of quality.

- Participate in design and development of next generation iPhone from concept to mass production.   \\n- Serve as the flexible or rigid board integrator, working with PD, layout, DFM, and technology teams to initialize and refine the design from concept to production.\\n- Be the technical owner at Contract Manufacturer’"s site to support engineering builds ranging from Proto through EVT to PVT. Represent the EE team in a cross-functional environment. \\n- Identify and resolve EE-related issues in the field, including cross-functional issues spanning architecture (performance, power consumption, thermal behavior), production (quality, failure analysis, manufacturing), and development (schematic design, PCB layout, and system integration). \\n- Hands-on bring-up and debug experience with high-speed and low-speed interfaces, including I2C and SPI.\\n- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics/PCB/CAD to trace signal paths and its interactions to define multiple DOE’s \u0026 solve the issues\\n- Led hardware bring-up activities on NPI programs, coordinating across DFM, RF, and Audio teams to resolve interdisciplinary issues

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.\\nExcellent communication skills. \\nSolid understanding of the system development process including concept creation, schematics and board development, as well as board and system bring-up and debugging. \\nDirect experience with one or more of the following technologies: high speed bus design, low power design, industry standard protocols (audio and video, USB, wireless, memory bus, etc.) and their design issues. \\nHands-on experience with laboratory instruments, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.

Master degree in Electrical Engineering. \\nCurious mind and both intuitive and rigorous problem solving skills.\\nDirect experience in high volume computers /mobile devices /consumer electronics.\\nGood understanding of DC/DC power supply and signal integrity.\\nExperience in the design and development of high speed digital and/or analog boards and systems.\\nSoftware and scripting experience a plus.\\nExperience with statistical data analysis tools such as JMP or Tableau is an added advantage.\\nExperience performing non-destructive failure analysis (CT, LIT, TDR) on engineering samples spanning prototype through production builds.
