Our client is a leading Australian engineering consultancy delivering specialist electrical engineering solutions across infrastructure, utilities, mining, industrial, transport, and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their engineering team with motivated Electrical Engineers who are eager to build their careers in a collaborative and technically diverse environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to work on challenging infrastructure and industrial projects while developing expertise in specialist electrical systems.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in or a genuine interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Earthing & Bonding Systems
  • High Voltage (HV) & Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Systems
  • AC Interference Studies (ACIS)
You will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to projects from concept design through to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the design and analysis of electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
  • Support the design of Earthing & Bonding, HV/LV, and ACIS projects.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver quality project outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience or demonstrated interest in:
    • Earthing & Bonding
    • High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems
    • AC Interference Studies (ACIS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative engineering team.
  • Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, PowerCAD, CYMCAP, or similar is highly regarded.
  • Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Australian working rights.
