What you'll be doing
- Design analog and embedded electronic circuit assemblies for market-ready products and internal development tools
- Capture schematics and layout printed circuit boards
- Specify or develop firmware for testing and internal development tools
- Assemble and bring up prototype circuit assemblies
- Coordinate technical aspects of projects with other engineers and outside development groups
- Test and document your work to the standard required for regulatory submission
About you
- Be able to do the job as described
- Primary experience designing analog and embedded electronics
- Comfortable using electronic test equipment for development and test of electronics
- Thrive in a self-driven, start-up-like environment juggling multiple projects at once
- Background in medical devices, instrumentation, or other high-reliability, regulated fields is a plus
