An excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial site near Uxbridge. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and high-profile environment, maintaining essential building systems to the highest standards.
 
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and building services systems, ensuring compliance and minimal downtime for the client. This role suits a qualified and skilled engineer who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced setting.
 
Duties

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on systems, including Single and Three Phase Power, UPS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, and more.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and conducting routine safety checks.
• Supporting mechanical systems and other building services where required.
• Maintaining compliance records, logbooks, and documentation.
• Liaising with clients and attending regular performance meetings.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company and statutory standards.

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations.
• Experience in electrical building services maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and safety practices.
• Polite, professional, and client-focused approach.

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working hours.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
