Electrical Engineer

Responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems across all company owned operations.

The Electrical Department Manager oversees all low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure, power generation systems, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting activities, and electrical CAPEX projects across farm and processing operations.

The role is responsible for managing the electrical department team, ensuring operational reliability of generators and backup systems, coordinating industrial electrical installations, and supporting future infrastructure expansion including solar and energy efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Electrical Certification or equivalent recognised electrical trade
• Electrical licence

 
Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management
• Strong industrial electrical experience including generators, switchboards, and distribution
• Experience managing industrial electrical installations and infrastructure
• Experience with large-scale generator systems (1000 KVA+)
• Experience in agricultural, manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments
