Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in electrical engineering, automation, and industrial maintenance, with the ability to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare electrical layouts, technical reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support machine upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators and maintenance personnel when required.
- Visit project or customer sites for installation, inspection, commissioning, and technical support as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2β4 years of experience in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environments will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project or customer sites when required.
