What You'll Do

As the Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Lead electrical engineering efforts, ensuring reliability and safety improvements for critical electrical and instrumentation assets.
• Drive Zero Harm initiatives through behavioral-based safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Performance Standards, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Develop and manage the facility's 5-year electrical infrastructure plan.
• Support instrumentation, control systems, and Arc Flash Program.
• Oversee reliability programs for breakers, starters, transformers, and motors.
• Conduct root cause analysis and reliability studies on equipment failures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Turnaround, and Project teams during planning and execution of turnarounds.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in petro-chemical, power generation, or heavy industry preferred.
• Knowledge of power distribution, NFPA, National Electric Code, IEEE, and PLC/DCS systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with PHA, HAZOP, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
