Electrical Engineer

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinate and oversee MEP delivery, ensuring effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
• Review, manage and resolve MEP design and technical issues in line with project requirements.
• Manage interfaces between contractors, suppliers and work packages to support seamless delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams and construction partners to drive project outcomes.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard programme, quality and performance.
• Champion Mace standards, modern methods of construction, digital innovation and the net zero carbon transition throughout project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant engineering qualification, trade apprenticeship or degree, with sector experience and professional accreditation preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering delivery, commissioning, planning and systems integration.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, commercial management, digital engineering and cross-discipline coordination.
• Committed to safety, quality and client outcomes, with strong communication and adaptability.
