Up to 4 weeks PTO, standard holidays off, full benefits, flexible hours, bonus potential, 401k, paid gym, and long-term career development

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for more ownership, more flexibility, and more reward for your skills?

Do you want to design complex machinery from the ground up, own your projects, and have a real say in how things are done?

This is your opportunity to join a global machinery manufacturer with customers in 60+ countries and a growing team based right here in Hanover. They design and build every system in-house – and engineers are trusted to lead from concept to install.

You’ll join a tight-knit 10-person team where you'll take full ownership of your machines – from PLC and HMI programming to hands-on troubleshooting and customer collaboration. Engineers here are trusted with end-to-end responsibility – and if you help bring in a sale, you’ll even receive 1.5% commission! It’s a rare setup that values technical contribution beyond the shop floor.

In this role, you'll work a 40-hour week your way. Many engineers do 4x10s, others prefer early starts or traditional hours. As long as the job gets done, you're in control of your schedule. It's a genuinely supportive culture built around career development, technical excellence, and long-term growth.

If you're looking for autonomy, variety, and a company that backs its engineers – this is the career defining move you've been looking for!

The role:

• Design and troubleshoot electrical systems for advanced custom machinery

• Program and maintain PLC and HMI systems

• Work closely with internal teams and directly support customer needs

The person:

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar

• Skilled in PLC programming and electrical design (AutoCAD/AutoDesk)

• Confident working cross-functionally in a hands-on setting

• Eager to build a long-term career, technically or into leadership
