This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineer looking to accelerate their career in a supportive, collaborative and technically challenging environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you'll support the design, delivery, and commissioning of electrical systems across a diverse range of power generation and infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in site inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
  • Assisting with fault investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Zenith engineering standards, quality systems and safety requirements.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, is eager to learn and wants to develop their career within Australia's growing renewable energy sector.

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience within power generation, utilities, mining, industrial or infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of HV and LV electrical systems.
  • Exposure to electrical design, construction support or commissioning activities.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards including AS3000, AS3008, AS5033 and AS2067 (or willingness to develop this knowledge).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn from experienced engineers.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to power systems, protection systems or site-based construction and commissioning activities.

Why Zenith?

At Zenith Energy, you'll help design and deliver the power systems enabling Australia's transition to cleaner, more reliable energy.

You'll join a growing business where your development is genuinely supported and your contribution makes an impact.
