Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Interprets redlined wiring harnesses, diagrams, schematics, and engineering source data to develop updates to F-16 electrical harness and interconnect architecture.

  • Drafts wiring schematics, diagrams, and similar styled drawings in CATIA CADAM Drafting (CCD).

  • Releases wiring drawings as part of a Build To Package.

  • Documents parts listing and type version effectivity data associated with wiring changes.

  • Develops updates to the electrical harness and interconnect architecture for the F-16.

  • Applies electrical engineering experience to wiring harness, schematic, and diagram design.

  • Uses CAD drafting software such as CATIA or similar.

  • Creates Build-To-Package (BTP) content including parts list and application list.

  • Applies prior aerospace platform design experience with F-16, F-35, F-22, or similar platforms.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, electronics engineering, or electromechanical engineering is required.

  • 4+ years of electrical engineering experience is required.

  • 2+ years of experience in wiring harness, schematic, or diagram design is required.

  • 2+ years of CAD tool usage with CATIA, Capital, or similar is required.

  • 2+ years of Build-To-Package (BTP) creation including parts list and application list is required.

  • Experience interpreting and drafting wiring diagrams and schematics is required.

  • Experience utilizing CAD drafting software such as CATIA or similar is required.

  • Preferred: Previous experience designing on aerospace platforms including F-16, F-35, or F-22.
