Purpose: The purpose of this position is to support the design, assembly, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of medium-power electrical and electronic equipment. The Electrical / Electronics Engineer or Technician is responsible for participating in the integration of control systems including electric drives and hydraulic systems, as well as the assembly, maintenance, and monitoring of Li-Ion battery packs. The position requires strong hands-on technical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering and production teams on complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, set up, and maintain medium-power electrical and electronic equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Participate in integration of control systems including electric drives and hydraulic systems
- Assemble, maintain, and monitor Li-Ion battery packs
- Perform testing and diagnostics using multimeter, oscilloscope, current clamps, and other measurement equipment
- Read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Support development, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems
- Prepare and maintain technical, operational, and supporting documentation
- Maintain service and maintenance logs, manuals, schematics, and equipment descriptions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support system integration and improvements
- Ensure safe operation of electrical systems in accordance with high-voltage and high-current safety standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with medium-power electrical and electronic equipment (power electronics, power supplies, controllers)
- Practical experience with motor control systems (BLDC, AC, DC motors)
- Understanding of hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, actuators)
- Experience in assembly, balancing, and maintenance of Li-Ion battery packs
- Proficiency with test and measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, current clamps, etc.)
- Ability to read and develop electrical schematics and technical drawings
Preferred
- Experience working with Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience with industrial controllers
- Understanding of safety requirements when working with high voltage and high current systems
Education
Technical degree (vocational or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Automation
