The Display Hardware team is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join the development of next generation displays for Mac products.
You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters creativity and innovation. Join us and be part of fast moving and exciting team that creates and integrates the cutting-edge display technologies into exciting new products.
Design circuit boards and conduct electrical characterization and validation for technology development and product prototypes\\nAnalyze and evaluate design feasibility to meet various requirements, including optics, signal integrity/power integrity, mechanical/thermal constraints and system coexistence\\nParticipate in cross-functional design reviews and contribute to the overall system design\\nCommunicate and present technology updates and project status to cross-functional teams\\nPerform failure analysis on electrical, mechanical, and optical issues\\nSupport prototype builds and conduct debugging and failure analysis for issues in manufacture
Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree\\nExperience in mixed-signal EE design at either IC or PCB level\u2028\\nExperience in circuit/math analysis and modeling, with proficiency in simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB.\\nExperience with design and analysis in one of these areas: power electronics, analog/digital circuits, or high-speed signal integrity\\nHands-on experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debugging, validation and failure analysis \\nExperience with full ECAD workflow for schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM generation\\nSkills in scripting, factory data processing, or test automation, and programming experience in Python, Shell script, MATLAB or similar
Self driven and highly motivated with passion for crafting and innovating, attention to details, strong problem-solving skills\\nHands-on maker demonstrated through hardware projects, passion for bringing ideas to life\\nNeed to be comfortable working in fast paced and highly collaborative work environment\u2028\\nProficiency in EE validation/characterization tasks, and familiar with lab equipment and test automation\\nDevelop factory test plan and manage manufacturer partner to conduct data collection, and analyze large-scale data\u2028\\nAbility to communicate and present technology updates and project status to executives and functional teams\u2028\u2028\\nConsumer electronics and high-volume production experience\\nModern display technologies, such as LCD, TFT, OLED, LED etc.
