Your new responsibilities

• Load board and probe card maintenance to support on-time customer delivery of products. Attend to production NOGOs
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware defects. Provide corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain spares and stocks to ensure availability. Collaborate with purchasing department to get top of the line supplies and services
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure team is updated on latest technology -transfer of knowledge, building expertise, hardware investment
• Manage engineers and technicians daily operational activities. Ensure teamwork schedule, training, tools used on the job.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 10 yrs in Semiconductor Manufacturing, 5yrs in Managerial position
• Hardware and probe card maintenance engineering; Stockroom maintenance
• 5 yrs Managerial position for a team of 10 engineers and/or technicians
• Experienced in international purchasing and shipping is an advantage
