• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RF and antenna research or development.
• Proficiency in using RF simulation software (CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, GRASP, CHAMP).
• Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF or antenna design.
• 3+ years of experience designing and testing reflector antennas.
• Familiarity with anechoic chamber measurements and near-field EM techniques.
• Experience with type approval testing for satellite user terminals.
• Experience designing waveguide-based components (OMTs, diplexers, waveguide filters).
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for data analysis and simulation.
• A passion for antenna design and a proven track record of developing high-performance reflector systems.
• Deep understanding of RF/Microwave principles, electromagnetic theory, and antenna physics/optics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Hands on experience with RF measurement equipment.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs (e.g., equipment, prototypes, documents).
• Ability to move within an office, lab, or manufacturing environment as needed.
