Job Summary

Responsible for the new product development and production releasing and supporting of power management integrated circuits (IC) products

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• This position requires a motivated and flexible individual with extensive power management integrated circuit product development experience and knowledge of the wafer fabrication, assembly, qualifications, and production ATE test of integrated circuits.
• Will lead a cross-functional team that includes design, applications, marketing, quality and reliability assurance, and test engineers for new product development. The team is responsible for bringing the new product through development, qualification, release to production, and release to market phases.
• Must be able to interface effectively and establish credibility quickly with the cross-functional team and lead/drive the team to successful new product releases to production and market on time.
• Will also be responsible to work with CQE, QRE and internal/external subcon FAB/AT sites and engineering teams for probe and final test yield improvement, low yield lot analysis/disposition, customer return verification and provide corrective actions for continuous quality/reliability improvement when needed while the product is in production.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred. Degree in electrical engineering preferred but other science/engineering degrees acceptable if have related experience in the semiconductor industry. Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills – energetic, motivated, and self-driven
• Good project management skills with ability to effectively utilize both internal and external resources to meet project objectives, program management experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of commercial and automotive semiconductor IC qualifications
• Hands-on experience of new semiconductor IC development flow - design, fabrication, qualifications, assembly, and test
• Good knowledge on block level semiconductor power management ICs and ATE test methods
• Proficiency in ATE data statistical analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
