We are seeking a skilled Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our innovative team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits for cutting-edge memory solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the full lifecycle of IC development—from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop analog/mixed-signal ICs such as amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, voltage regulators, and signal processing blocks
• Perform simulations, verification, and validation to ensure robust performance and quality
• Work closely with digital, layout, and systems teams to integrate analog components
• Contribute to innovation through advanced design techniques and methodologies
• Support testing, debugging, and characterization in partnership with test engineering
• Document specifications, design approaches, and test results clearly and thoroughly
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews
Qualifications
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with focus on analog/mixed-signal design
• 5+ years of experience in CMOS analog/mixed-signal IC design and successful tape-outs
• Proficient in analog building blocks: OpAmps, bandgaps, voltage/current references
• Skilled with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics)
• Solid understanding of mismatch mitigation, linearity, low-noise, and low-power design
• Experience from concept through layout and high-volume production
Preferred Experience
• Data converter (ADC/DAC) design
• Memory design or in-memory computing
• AMS (analog/mixed-signal) verification methodologies
