Job Description

Design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for 3D NAND Flash memory.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for 3D NAND Flash memory.
• Ownership of core building blocks such as bias generators, voltage regulators, charge pumps, reference circuits, and temperature sensor.
• Contribute to top-level integration and verification for analog IP blocks.
• Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure physical design meets performance, power, and area goals.
• Perform circuit simulations, silicon debug, and post-silicon characterization.
• Conduct power integrity analysis, including IR drop and electromigration checks, for robust analog block design.
• Interface with cross-functional teams including process, test, reliability, and product engineering for successful tapeout and ramp to production.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals (matching, noise, stability, etc.).
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools for circuit design and simulation (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, Primesim).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in 3D NAND Flash memory or other non-volatile memory design.
• Experience with power analysis, IR drop analysis, and power integrity tools.

The compensation range for this role is $136,750 - $232,630. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
