DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- Design power hardware for UPS systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and magnetic components.
- Analyze and implement common power electronic topologies (e.g., PFC, inverter).
- Select power semiconductor devices (IGBT/MOSFET) and design related driving, sensing, and protection circuits.
- Conduct hardware debugging, testing, and issue analysis to improve performance and reliability.
- Prepare hardware design and test documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of hardware development experience in power electronics or power supply products.
- Solid understanding of power electronic fundamentals and common topologies (e.g., Boost, PFC, inverter).
- Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, with the ability to independently complete schematic and PCB design.
- Hands-on experience in power supply hardware design and debugging; familiarity with power devices and protection circuits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UPS, telecom power supplies, or photovoltaic inverter development.
- Familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink or similar.
- Experience with power supply systems (kW-level or above) is a plus.
