Responsibilities
• Prepares preliminary analysis on a variety of technical tasks
• Project research, fieldwork, observation, and preliminary design calculations
• Take personal responsibility for the quality of tasks performed
• Uses AutoCAD/MicroStation to prepare and check working drawings, details, layouts, and estimates
• Performs routine analysis to check the accuracy of data and work products
Requirements
• Electrical Engineering major (Junior, Senior, or Master's student)
• Demonstrates willingness to accept new challenges and learn specialized field
• Growing knowledge of profession as demonstrated by involvement in related professional organizations and professional development programs
• Basic knowledge of the firm's policies, practices and procedures
• Basic knowledge of software required for position
• Good organizational skills
• Able to follow general directions and work with limited independence on basic computations
Nice-to-haves
• AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting experience a plus.
Benefits
• Salary Range: \\$15.00-\\$25.00+ per hour depending on applicable experience
